- Coupling between the mammalian circadian clock (with Bart Staels and Hélène Duez at Institut Pasteur de Lille, France)
- Study of the design principles of genetic oscillators and genetic clocks by evolutionary alogorithms (with Enrico Carlon at Institute for Theoretical Physics of KU Leuven)
- Robustness and flexibility of the circadian clock of the microscopic alga Ostreococus tauri (with François-Yves Bouget at Observatoire Océanologique de Banyuls, France)
- characterization of deterministic chaos (with Robert Gilmore at Drexel University, Philadelphia, and Roberto Barrio at the University of Zaragoza, Spain)
